NOTES: This was the Bass Pro Dogwood Canyon 25K Trail Race. My great bud Scott Griffith (AKA the Flying Duck) generously invited me to run this event with him today. This was a legit trail event with a challenging trail and climbs galore. We went the first 1.5 miles without walk-segment/pause, and hit another mile section between 2.5 and 3.5 that we glided without walk-segment/pause (plenty to address my streak requirements for the day.
