NOTES: Thought I was going solo, but got a text from the Flying Duck that he was available and wanted to run with me and that sounded enjoyable to me. We went on one of my loops. Way to many dog encounters for my liking, but thankfully we snuck past the nasty one without getting his attention. Felt a little fatigued at the end, so I was surprised to see that I dropped the last mile in sub-7.
