NOTES: Worked an overnight shift this morning, getting off at 7 AM. I took a solid nap and when I awoke I was ready for some miles. The weather was perfect and this run easily turned into some nice miles. I fielded two case management phones during this run (I am now the heavy breathing case manager). I also shot off a few text messages. I was able to confirm during this run that if I don't open my Facebook app during the run, the cheers keep coming from the Nike+ GPS app. Solid run. After my run I discarded one of my main running shirts. After almost three years of running, it just refuses to smell clean anymore.
