NOTES: The wife and I stayed out late on Wed evening to watch Survivor with friends and I started getting a sore throat on Wed, therefore we opted to sleep in today and do an afternoon run. We both were feeling really sluggish for this one. I am still fighting off the sore throat thing and I had an overnight shift approaching so I wanted to keep this one short. It was enjoyable, but I was feeling a little bit off. I am going to just take it ez until I get on the other side of this throat thing. With the streak I get a little concerned when I don't get the miles consumed in the morning, waiting seems so risky (I know how messy a day can get). Regardless, the streak is still alive and well.
