this was a better week with regards to feeling like i put sufficient effort into keeping my fitness alive. hungry to run.

thx mark - i took myself off injured reserve - logged 18 miles via three 6 mile runs - and then had to put myself back on injured reserve :( i going to give this thing a few more days to heal up. big event coming in two weeks. it will be an adventure :)
