i have noticed some things i will likely follow on the web this week and thought i would give a heads up in case someone else is interested and was unaware.
(1) western states 100: a classic ultramarathoning event is schedule for this saturday (6/27/2009). they are offering somekind of live coverage: here.
(2) usa track and field championships: runs from 6/25/2009 to 6/28/2009. t.v. coverage is espn on friday evening and saturday evening, and nbc on sunday afternoon. a webcast beginning on thursday is offered: here.
