i have changed my plans regarding my march half-marathon. my friend steve hibbs is passing through in a couple weeks on his way to run the "little rock marathon". i am going to jump into his vehicle and join him for the weekend. i resisted the temptation of going after the world's largest finisher's medal that is available to finisher's of the full marathon, and opted to register for the half-marathon. i am pretty pumped about both the event and spending some quality time with steve.
