i just want to fly

today i had some co-workers express concern that if i lose much more weight i will start to look gaunt. my response: "i don't care what i look like, as long as i can fly!" what a trip. for most of my developmental years i had a nickname like "bones" and i was very aware of not being able to escape being referred to as skinny. now - i long to get back to that size - in the world of endurance running - it makes a huge difference. bring on the name "bones" - i will take it with great pleasure now.
