NOTES: I slept in this morning. The plan was to grab some miles after Son1's soccer game. I checked with the Duck to see if he was interested in joining me. He was available and willing. It was a very enjoyable evening run. My legs finally felt back to normal. This was Scott's first run since Dogwood, so he was still feeling the soreness.
