NOTES: Another very nice weather morning. I am still very tight from Sunday's trail event, so I am moving a bit slower than my typical relaxed pace. Two days in a row that I have witnessed a bunch of other runners out there. I am thinking some are getting prepared for the Bass Pro events coming up. I am hoping my legs are more chipper by the time I get to the weekend.
