NOTES: Was out late last night trying to get a dead battery out of my son's car (which we did not finish). I did not set my alarm, but my system woke up ready for my daily miles at 5 AM. Knowing we still had work to do on the car, I just did 3 up-tempo miles. The miles felt good, and we got the car situation addressed before my son had to be at school.
