NOTES: The plan was to go 8 with the Bride today, but her foot was not fully cooperative (she didn't have her orthotics with her today, so hopefully that was the only difference). During my solo miles today, I was feeling real strong today. Perfect running weather. This was my first run with my Road ID, and thankfully I didn't get hit.
