NOTES: Amazing temperature drop. I was feeling a bit sluggish, but by the time I finished the first 2 with the Bride I was warmed up a bit. Felt like keeping it short today, some things I want to get done before work and I wanted to be cautious with my running system after covering 20 yesterday.
