NOTES: I was longing for a long run, really wanted to do the Heart of America 26.2 today but was not able to swing that. Woke up to perfect weather. Had agreed with the Flying Duck to do 11 together, but during the run I talked him into 3 more. Fun outing on the local farm roads. I grabbed a few more miles after returning Scott to his home to get 20 for the day. Finished strong.
