NOTES: I had the alarm set for 4 AM with the plan of getting in 4 miles before heading to MN for the Ragnar Great River Relay. Was wide awake at 1 AM, so decided it was time to get rolling. Quiet out there. A little on the warm side. My next miles will be racing up-tempo miles in WI :)
