NOTES: This was my first leg for my Ragnar Great River Relay team. I was Van #1 Runner #4. I did not track my pace, but focused on staying in an up-tempo pace wherein I would not get sick in the heat. On paper it was reportedly 6.2, but it was at least 6.5. Way better experience with this leg this year than last, and was glad they cut a mile and a half off this leg. More details in upcoming race report.

NOTES: This was my second leg for my Ragnar Great River Relay team. Van #1 Runner #4. So thankful the temp dropped. This was a tough leg with a significant 2 mile climb at the start that brought me into speed walking portions of it. Tried to get it back on the other side and was running at 4:30 pace at points, but the grade also required breaking at times. More details in upcoming race report.
