NOTES: Very enjoyable run this morning. First 2 with the Bride. We did 30 second intervals per her request, that is, walk for 30 seconds and run for 30 seconds for the entire 2 miles. I think she enjoyed it, we did cover the distance more efficiently than we normally do. I did the next 6 solo and the weather was very nice today and I felt strong throughout. Excited to hit 20 days of the legit streak!
