NOTES: Another enjoyable run outing. First 2 was a run-walk-mix with the Bride. She was moving pretty efficiently this morning. Last 4 miles I enjoyed a gliding run without-walk-segment/pause. On the mind this morning was work responsibilities and some thoughts about upcoming running events. One week from today is Great River Ragnar Relay, and my haircut.
