another injury free week :) i was very pleased to run a 5:43 mile this week on the track. that was very encouraging. i think i have landed on a plan for the "minneapolis marathon" (05.31.2009). i am going to take a "nothing to lose" approach. i am going to go at it without walk intervals. i am going to try and get on a pretty quick pace and attempt to even split the event. i am hoping the weather stays cool. i am hopeful of getting close to a boston qualifying time.

another highlight for the week: over 600 running miles for the year.
