NOTES: Today's run was mostly the Bass Pro Half-Marathon with my Bride. I have been helping her prepare for this over the last 4 months. We did a 1:30w:1r mix, except we switched to 30:30 during the last mile. She did awesome! The bummer was she had some stomach issues (which I think is a bug). The issue required 2 major restroom stops. After escorting her into the finish I kept going to get 1.5 miles without walk-segment/pause for my streak :)
I gave the Bride a 13.1 mug and magnet as a kudos gift.
