NOTES: Slept very sound last night and jumped out of bed ready to get some miles in the cold dark hours of the day. The Bride joined me for the first 2; she had more difficulty getting out of bed today than I. It felt good to finally get something a little bigger than a snack. I have only been snacking since the marathon. I found out yesterday that I will be muling for Scott on Sunday for the Dogwood 25 K. I am hoping we can get a picture of me giving him a piggy back ride across one of the creek crossings.
