NOTES: Got off work at 7 AM and slept until 2 PM. Only desired a little snack of a run today. My legs felt great, but I am still dealing without a bunch of mucous. 2 ankle biters came after me near the beginning of mile 3. 1 even made contact without my foot. I ran backward for a few yards until they gave up on me.
