NOTES: This was a fun one. The Bride's 1st half-marathon is fast approaching. We have done 2 10 milers together. Today the goal was to get her a new distance personal record of 12 miles. We ran on the Frisco Highline Trail. When we turned around at 6 I ran to mile 7 and then back to her to get the 1.3 for my USRSA streak. She did the entire distance via a 1m:30s walk followed by 1m of running cycles. She mentioned possibly walking in the last mile, but she overcame that temptation. Super proud! It will be awesome to do the half together.
