NOTES: I had the opportunity to run with the Duck this morning, but I opted to sleep in an extra hour (sorry bro). For some reason the colder temperatures has been influencing me to not want to get out there in the early dark hours. This run, just after 7 AM, was perfect. I felt strong and smooth out there today. With the cool weather I have brought back my calf sleeves and they felt very nice today.
