6 miles of running in Republic, MO.: an enjoyable evening run in ideal weather. I got a chance to test out my setup on my Garmin for Steamtown and I believe I found the ideal setup of my data fields. I am getting excited to go for that Boston qualification. It is very possible that Steamtown might be the one. The forecast for Sunday looks pretty favorable. It looks like by the end of the week I will hit my 2009 mileage total and that is pretty cool.
