i was very pleased with this week of training. my body has responded very well to the training and i am in love with running once again. i was very pleased with how the turkey trot 5k went. i was hoping to string together three sub-8 minute miles, and i was excited to realize that i averaged a 7 minute and 22 second pace.

i really would like to see more weight come off. i have been very calorie conscious, hopefully as more fat is converted to muscle, it will accelerate burning off my extra weight.

Rob, you have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat. So, it isn't muscle that you need to add. It is burning away fat, through eating less calories.
