You'll be much richer.

I read in my ultra book that 1 minute walk is not enough.Ultra Monkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17114687648173828336noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4647109297386436799.post-79782086701966456942009-07-01T13:09:28.480-05:002009-07-01T13:09:28.480-05:00Rob, you have done some amazing things in running ...Rob, you have done some amazing things in running in less than a year! All I can think of is "be in season" stay a runner but let there be seasons to your running...
You are an inspiration, Brother!Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13056617753977713306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4647109297386436799.post-74631658735796572192009-07-01T12:05:35.830-05:002009-07-01T12:05:35.830-05:00Brother: try 18 min running, 2 min walking. Some people I know who are training for a 40-mile night run are currently doing it. It seems to be working out nicely for them.

As for 50 miles in 9h 11m: totally doable. Especially if it's a flat course. You've got it in the bag, brother.

Good luck with your training. Keep up the amazing work. I'll be out there soon enough. I'm SLOWLY recovering from the injury. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
